Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the pdf24 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and pdf24 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, and complete. pdf24 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

User Responsibilities & Rules

Users of the pdf24 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, identity impersonation, or manipulation of the payment system.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's systems or servers in any way.
• Sharing an account, selling account access, or transferring account ownership to another party.
• Using automated software, bots, or third-party scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Distributing unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through the platform.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and pdf24 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the pdf24 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved methods including TNG eWallet, online banking via FPX, and local bank transfers.

Every successful deposit will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method. pdf24 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used during deposit, unless otherwise advised by the support team. Users must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed.

Pdf24 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is made.

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations in Malaysia in relation to any winnings or profits earned through the platform.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

The pdf24 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform available and functioning at all times, we make no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, technical errors, or temporary downtime.

Pdf24 shall not be liable for any indirect loss, special damages, or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from system failure, internet service disruptions, or the actions of third parties.

Account Suspension: pdf24 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation or verification purposes. A suspended account may not make deposits, withdrawals, or participate in any games for the duration of the suspension.

Account Closure: Accounts may be permanently closed at the user's request or at pdf24's discretion in the event of a serious breach of these terms. Any valid balance in the account is subject to a verification process before it is returned.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments

All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software on the pdf24 platform are the exclusive property of pdf24 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any content without prior written consent.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. pdf24 does not control the content of those websites and is not responsible for their accuracy, security, or content. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Pdf24 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
